I’m an acquaintance of Mats Gefvert, just stopping by :)
He recommended your blog to me a while back &amp; so, I’ve followed it a bit lately. 

The rotten fish particulars were enjoyable to read…I think ;) Well, interesting, anyway! :) He tells me he’s never personally tried it, though. I guess hamburgers are more his speed ;)

Anyway, thought to mention that one of my most favorite things to make is Lumpia. A Filipino friend taught me years ago &amp; I’ve always managed to dazzle at parties with them! So, I was inquiring to see if you make them &amp; if you might possibly have any particular recipes or tips?
